Purchased from Sony Online Australia, two days after receiving this XA Ultra, the touchscreen started being unresponsive and now does not respond at all. Sony have now said that it will take 3 weeks for then to do anything! I'm unable to speak with any managers about this issue. Told the process is to send the phone to them, it will take a week before they can look at it, then 2 more weeks to do anything about it! Very poor customer service.

Update
Sony makes it more difficult to contact them as the Sony Australia online store is a different company than Sony Mobile. You then need to send the phone to a third party company and accept all liability for damage in transit!
