Here is a review of a magnetic bike (or motorcycle) mount smartphone holder by Wizgear. The magnet part alone will not hold your phone going over minimal bumps with your bike so the rubber web is essential.

The magnet part is just too make a tad more secure. I have other bike mounts with the same rubber web and has no magnetic part and those seems to do great so not really sure if the magnetic is that much of an added benefit.
