Requirements: Rooted Samsung Galaxy S2:

1. Download the Snapdragon S2 ROM - http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23032113221599416

2. Connect your Samsung Galaxy S2 via a microUSB to your computer and transfer the Snapdragon S2 ROM ROM zip file file to your SD Card or Internal Storage.

3. Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S2

4. Head over to Recovery Mode by pressing the Volume Up + Home Button + Power Button for 10 seconds. The Samsung Galaxy S2 Boot screen should blink twice.

5. Once in Recovery Mode, do a Wipe Data Partition and Wipe Cache prior to installing the Snapdragon S2 ROM ROM.

6. Once you're done, select Install Zip from Sdcard then Choose zip from Sdcard by pressing the Power/Lock Button. Look for the Snapdragon S2 ROM ROM Zip file and install it. Give it at least 5 minutes to fully install.

7. Once done installing, head back to the Main Menu of Recovery Mode.

8. Do a Wipe Data/Factory Reset and Wipe Cache Partition again.

9. Lastly, Reboot your Samsung Galaxy S2.

10. Give it a few minutes for it to bootup and you're done.
