I got this from flipkart. It was very cheap. You can get it within 250 bucks. Just research a bit for different quality.
It basically consist of three lenses.
1. Fish eye lens
2. Wide angle lens
3. Macro lens
It has a small pouch so that you can carry it easily. And all the lenses comes with a lens cap. Also it has lens clip so that you can put it on your clip. Don't worry, it won't hurt your screen.
Quality is good. I'm very satisfied with the product. All the lenses gave pretty good output in real life. From now on i started shooting with it. Fish eye is an individual lens. But for wide angle, you've to marge both macro and wide angle lens at the same time. Macro's output is best among all.
