I got this to use when we go hiking and camping to protect my phone. I clipped it on my pack and then I don't worry as much about it any more. I don't like to put it in the pack as when I set it down I never know whats is going to bang up against what in there. so this is the perfect solution to my problem. I put my phone inside the case, rather than on the outside of it and with my phone case and tempered glass added to the screen I feel as though my phone will be safe in under the craziest of falls. The straps on the holster holder thing are strong and durable. On the side that is supposed to hold the phone it has an adjustable strap so you can make sure that your phone is in there tight and secure, its not that it wouldn't hold my phone, it totally would, I just feel safer with it inside zipped up. There are two zippered pockets, and inside each of them are pocket holders, one is mesh and one is fabric, it would be a good place to put some protein bars, or ID and money, that type of stuff. Overall this bag is about the size of a small paperback book. I am very pleased with the quality of this bag.
